March Madness for John Jay Campus kicked off on Thursday, March 12, 2026, with the juniors and seniors. It was a very intense and physical game from start to finish. The game continued to go back and forth throughout the first and second quarter. Then the seniors started to pull away from the juniors in the third quarter.

This game meant everything to everybody because the seniors have not lost in the previous years. While the seniors are trying to protect their streak the juniors are looking to prove that there is a first for everything.

The seniors showed how good their chemistry on the court gave them an edge against the juniors. The seniors played outstanding defense all game long which suffocated the juniors and caused them to panic.

The atmosphere during the game was really electric, each team had lots of supporters which made the game even more fun. This was a very anticipated event by a lot of people. Every shot, steal, block, layup brought lots of excitement to the game. This game was very intense. There was a lot of trash talk and some escalated situations. But at the end of the day it was all fun and games.

 I was the highest scorer of the game and led my team down the stretch and knocked down multiple clutch shots to secure the victory, with additional big help from all the other players. 

The seniors and juniors showed out and put on for the school and made this a memorable experience.
