March madness in Park Slope Collegiate is a time where different classes play basketball to just have fun and have entertainment for the rest of the school. This happens every year in March.
First, the freshman and sophomores play each other. Next, the juniors and seniors play, then the winners of those face each other. For the finals, the winner of that game plays the staff.
The freshman vs. sophomore game was a close and very entertaining game. The freshmen were stronger than the sophomores and took the win in the end.
This was a picture of the score in the 4th quarter. Sadly, they had to stop the game, because someone unfortunately passed out due to the heat in the gym. The game had to be delayed and resumed on March 11.
Sophomore star player Aiden Dermon tried his hardest and almost hit a game tying 3, but the freshman took a timeout, went to work, and in the end, beat the sophomores.
![According to Ms. King, the weirdest thing Irv does that makes him unique, is acting like a cat! For example, when Irv is mad at Ms. King, he will knock things over to get a reaction out of her, just like a cat would. I find it cute, it shows that Irv has a big personality. To add on to his sweet, bratty personality, Ms. King said that if Irv gained the ability to speak, “before he even speaks, he would give [her] a side eye.
